Kazunori Ishide
Hometown: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
Ishide started dance at age 18, and traveled to New York City along with other dancers from around the world. While in the United States, he performed at a variety of contests and shows, including the acclaimed Amateur Night at the Apollo Theater.
Specializing in house, hip-hop, and club dance, Ishide also incorporates his experience in tap, salsa, capoeira, and a myriad of dynamic dance styles.
Ishide has an extremely acute auditory sense and takes on a crucial position in “METROPOLIS,” the enra piece with the largest number of performers, setting the tone of the work.
